Frequently Asked Questions

 Walk-ins for basic grooming services may be available when a groomer is on site between 9:00 am and 2:30 pm, but availability is not guaranteed. Dog daycare walk-ins depend on daily capacity. 

We accept cash, debit, credit (service fee), google, and apple pay.

We take our time with each and every pet and are more than willing to take your pets special needs into consideration.  

Much like young children, pets are usually better behaved for strangers than their own parents. We do have a viewing area if it would make you feel more comfortable to watch for their first time.

We carry a small range of pet supplies including combs, brushes, bandanas, & dish stands. Our knowledgeable staff can help you find the perfect products for your furry friend.

I recommend every 6 – 8 weeks for a full body hair cut and/or 4 weeks for a bath and tidy. Dogs that are groomed on a regular basis are more relaxed and their coat and skin are kept in top condition.
